What You'll Bring:
- Prior experience owning the relocation of assignees throughout all stages of the assignment lifecycle, including pre-assignment, on-assignment, and repatriation
- Prior experience providing immigration and global mobility advice, preparing contracts and documentation, coordinating services provided through external vendors, and overall ensuring a seamless employee experience in support of a global associate population
- Knowledge of international employment-related laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience in PERM recruitment and Green Card life cycle
- Experience working in a remote, globally distributed team

Impact You'll Make:
- This role will own the end-to-end policy & program design and the day-to-day administration for our global mobility and immigration program.
- Exhibiting innovative problem solving and data driven decision-making, we are looking for a Mobility and Immigration professional who is deeply involved in industry networks to drive policy design and strategic projects.
- You will build and implement global mobility and immigration programs and policies that are designed to support critical initiatives and business growth, drive an optimized customer experience, and ensure our programs are compliant.
- Implement and maintain mobility policies and practices globally
- Provide expert level immigration, relocation, tax and mobility related consultation to the business
- Partner with legal immigration vendor to provide guidance and direction to business leaders and HR partners, and hold vendors accountable to performance standards
- Oversee the management of visa/work permits and green card process for employees
- Collaborate with other departments within the company on overall coordination and creation of the Global Mobility Program (Legal, Payroll, Tax, Finance, and Security)
- Drive strategic program improvements (e.g., policies, workflows, budgets, etc.) based on market data and internal feedback
- Oversee, manage, and maintain relationships with each team/employee with active mobility cases while providing excellent service throughout the process
- Manage remote work requests for those on a visa to ensure compliance
- I-9 support for Section 3, as needed
