Job Description

The senior level Power Platform developer will be the lead developer on a fast-paced Agile development team. They will be responsible for guiding technical development for other developers on the team and will perform hands-on development for the most complex aspects of the solution. Responsibilies include:

• Design and implement highly complex Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform based business solutions.
• Lead meetings with customer to understand business needs, and proactively manage executive-level customer expectations.
• Implement, configure, and customize the Dynamics/Power Platform and Portal/Power Pages.
• Leverage Power Platform and other means to integrate into Azure services.
• Provide technical leadership to medium to large teams.
• Help facilitate meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365
• Highly proficient with the following: 
  • C# Programming Language
  • Dynamics / Power Apps Development – Configuration, Plug-ins, Web Resources
  • CRM Customizations & Security
  • JavaScript
  • TypeScript
  • ReactJS
• Experience working with Azure DevOps and continuous integration in a Dynamics / Power Platform development environment
• Experience implementing Dynamics 365 Integrations with external applications
• Experience implementing Power Automate Flows
• Experience with the design/architecture of Power App Solutions
• Experience working in an Azure DevOps environment (Work Management, Git, CI/CD)

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Portal/Power Pages
• PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) Development
• Microsoft Fluent UI
• PL-400 MS Power Platform Developer
• Canvas Apps Development
• Experience developing on Azure services
• Solution Packaging and Continuous Integration
• SAFe Agile Methodolgy
• Active Public Trust Security Clearance
