CHG is looking for a Sr. Lean Analyst to join our Lean Team. The Lean team is responsible for creating and driving continuous improvement culture and results throughout the organization. As a Sr. Lean Analyst on the Lean team you will be a key driver in that pursuit. You will lead cross divisional improvement activities; leaders and teams will rely on your expertise and direction as you help them reach business and project goals. You will also teach, coach and mentor all levels of the organization through formal and non-formal continuous improvement training and education programs.
Responsibilities
- Coach and facilitate discussion throughout all levels of the organization on Lean & CI tools such as - waste elimination, voice of the customer, 5S, value stream mapping, Scrum, Kanban etc
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a dynamic, change-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all levels and develop professional business relationships.
- Outstanding planning, time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills exhibited by effective collaboration among project team members to resolve issues and drive the project forward.
- Facilitate face to face and virtual continuous improvement training programs and discussions
- Passion for people and process improvement
- Experience in planning, facilitating, and leading meetings, with the ability to present complex data and kaizen results in a clear, professional manner.
- Partner with business development and account management teams to support CHG clients in their healthcare recruiting processes
- Strong track record of successful project management for large, cross-functional projects, working with agile methodologies and scrum teams.
Qualifications
- Advanced level lean experience of 6 + years
- Project management experience
- High School Diploma
Education and Years of Experience
- Lean six sigma or other lean certification
- Lean experience in staffing or other service environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $ 63,600 - $193,500 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
