Sr. Leave Specialist
Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Leave Specialist to join our growing Benefits Team! Reporting directly to the Head of Benefits, you will have an incredible opportunity to help bring benefits programs to our fast-growing employee population!
The impact you will have:
- Analyze and refine the end-to-end leave of absence experience to align with our company values and support employees at every stage of the leave life cycle
- Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of our US leave programs and ensure our vendors deliver within established service level agreements
- Be the internal point of contact for employees regarding our US leave programsÂ
- Partner with other members of the Benefits Team to design leave programs that are market competitive to help attract and retain talentÂ
- Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure operational effectiveness and support the business as we scale
- Promote awareness and education of our leave programs
- Have the opportunity to expand into other geographies globally
What we look for:
- At least 5 years' of experience with leave administration
- Experience in building and designing programs, policies and processes that provide an exceptional employee experience within a high-growth company
- Experience with federal and state regulations pertaining to leaves and knowledge of best practices and processing requirements
- Experience with Workday
