We are currently seeking a Senior Machinist who will be responsible for observing operation and verifying conformance of machined work pieces to specifications using measuring instruments such as calipers, bore gauges, pins, micrometers, and various measuring devices.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Read blueprints and job orders to obtain product specifications, dimensions, and tolerances
  • Position and secure work pieces to holding devices, machine tables, chucks, centers, or fixtures
  • Set specified tools and depth of cut in accordance with material specifications and tooling guidelines; follow work instructions
  • Adhere to manufacturing/quality procedures and company safety rules and policies

The required qualifications for the job include:

  • High School/GED Equivalency and 3+ years' machinist experience in a manufacturing environment
  • GD&T and G&M code experience; familiarity with the capabilities/limitations of all conventional/CNC machines Fanuc Controls
  • Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrate the ability to develop creative solutions to problems

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Strong communication, time management and organizational skills
