The Sr. Management Analyst 2 (MA2) will provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to the CI0F Deputy Commander (Space) and Joint Space Professionals for performing a broad range of training, intelligence, operational analysis, and education studies, which will support planning, execution and exercise tasks for NAVSPACE.  Staff member will support the development of Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) and space-related functional area reviews. The Contractor shall support initial review and recommendations for all Joint Space-related documentation. 

The Contractor shall support future updates of the Navy Space Operational doctrine and command authorities. 

Required Skills

Minimum Qualifications: 

• B.S. or B.A degree (4 years of additional experience may be substituted to meet this requirement). 
• Minimum of 7 years of experience performing
• management analysis. 
• At least 5 years of specialized management analysis experience in areas such as business process reengineering, configuration management, quality control/assurance, organizational performance assessments, mission analysis, and strategic planning.

Desired Skills

Desired experience with Cyberspace Operations Officer or Space Operation Officer.
