The Opportunity

Simpplr is looking for a Sr. Manager, ABM Marketing with a proven track record in developing ABM programs to generate measurable pipeline and accelerate and expand demand. You will own ABM marketing programs from research and conception to execution and analysis. Your programs will span broader account-based groups based on use case or vertical as well as strategic account-specific accounts. You have a deep understanding of multi-channel tactics from email and direct mail to display advertising and online and in-person events. You thrive on metrics and hitting pipeline numbers. You work well with sales teams to develop and execute cross-functional programs. Your Job Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute on ABM programs to generate leads and opportunities and accelerate enterprise pipeline growth
  • Understand customer personas (internal communications, HR and IT) and new product initiatives to build a comprehensive marketing plan
  • Align with the sales team to create and deliver strategic ABM programs, track results and analyze and report on performance
  • Collaborate with other marketing functions to create vertical and use case based as well as account-specific content and  programs leveraging the right mix of digital, direct and field marketing activities
  • Hands-on involvement with campaign execution including content writing, list segmentation and analytics 

What you did in the past that makes you a great fit for our team

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of abm marketing
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with a enterprise software company 
  • Experience working at a high growth software company a plus
  • Savvy with salesforce and google sheets/excel
  • Experience working with 6sense and marketo a plus
  • Bachelors degree

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $160,000.00 - $175,000.00. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
