POSITION SUMMARY

As a Technology Director for our Engineering teams, you will work cross-functionally with various teams and have the opportunity to contribute to the design and development of our software services and various applications. You'll manage a team of engineers working on critical projects.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• • 3+ years of development experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a management capacity leading teams
  • You can work comfortably with a cross-functional team made up of PMs, Analysts, and both mobile and back-end-focused engineers
  • You tend to be the standard bearer who takes a great deal of pride in your work and can inspire others to rise to the occasion
  • You can create and maintain a positive, healthy team environment in which everyone is supported, encouraged, and meaningfully challenged to do great work
  • You are a software engineer who became a manager because you are great with people and you want to expand what you can achieve while helping others grow in their careers
  • You are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work on technical challenges
