Overall Purpose
Ensures that we reach the right customer, with the right message, through the right channels, at the right time. Serves as the marketing subject matter expert for a major business line at Early Warning. Actively participates in new product launches and strategic initiatives to influence business outcomes. Represents the marketing perspective on "agile-release teams" to help launch new products/capabilities and enhance existing products. This role will be a key contributor to the marketing strategy for key business objectives.
Essential Functions
- Defines the key messaging and positioning elements for an Early Warning solution area or key initiatives including messaging frameworks by audience and Go-To Market plans
- Develops and optimizes strategic plans to stimulate measurable awareness of the value proposition(s) to meet and exceed the defined revenue goals
- Develops the B2B buyer's journey for new products/capabilities and existing products and partners with the digital and acquisition marketing teams to optimize experience
- Actively engages in ongoing product market research, competitive intelligence, and marketing industry intelligence to continually optimize positioning of assigned solutions
- Develops buyer personas and marketing artifacts as part of the Lean Portfolio Management lifecycle
- Works in partnership with Product Development leadership to understand product technologies and capabilities (and relation to competitive set) to develop core value propositions to fuel effective communication initiatives
- Participates in "Agile Release Teams" to help launch new products/capabilities and enhance existing products
- Works with Content Strategy and Sales Enablement teams to source and produce a variety of content types to assist sales, drive awareness, or demonstrate thought leadership
- Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, a related field or equivalent education/experience required.
- A minimum of ten years of progressive experience in marketing, B2B product marketing or related experience
- Possess a strong foundational knowledge of modern B2B marketing strategies including inbound and account-based thought leadership & lead generation marketing as well as media and analyst relations.
- Ability to absorb complex information and synthesize to create clear and compelling communications.
- Experience working cross-functionally and with virtual teams to drive alignment and execute initiatives.
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to understand and articulate the long-term market potential and persuasively communicate the business vision and opportunities for growth.
- Proven track record of surpassing objectives and delivering exceptional results.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detailed-oriented with exemplary project management and people skills to deliver against departmental go-to-market plans.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments with concurrent deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Agency experience a plus.
- Financial services, risk management, internet security or technical service solutions background
Physical Requirements
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers.
