Job Description
The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will lead the B2B2C brand experience and lead generation for the Residential Heating and Cooling segment. This role will support flagship product and programs through the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns including content creation, public relations, and management of paid media.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Develop, execute, and oversee the management of product and program campaigns, public relations, and paid media efforts to deliver increased KPIs including brand awareness, share of voice, website traffic, lead generation and market share
- Effectively manage brand budget, strategic agencies, and multiple vendor partners
- Drive and maintain overall brand management including brand guidelines, strategic messaging, VOC insights, personas and segmentation and the creation of content assets for use by brand, agency partners and the independent dealer network
- Lead the collaborative partnership with field sales, cross-functional business units and the US & Canada independent dealer network to inform the creation of product selling tools and digital content to enable sales and support new store openings
- Adjusts marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
- Liaise with other managers to ensure marketing activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives.
- Lead the high-visibility and high-performing collaborative team of five, plus multiple agencies
Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years marketing, product and/or sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Collaborative team player with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Possess a strong data and insights driven business acumen in B2B and/or B2C marketing strategy
- Leadership presence. Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders across the enterprise
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high performing team and cross-functional work groups
