Position Overview

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a business-minded data analytics expert to directly contribute to the future growth of the cloud business for Manufacturing at Autodesk.

Join the Fusion 360 GTM Strategy team as the Business Analytics and Growth Manager, and collaborate with your strategy, marketing, and sales colleagues in accelerating new business for the next generation cloud-based technology for the Manufacturing industry. Work closely with your product counterparts to ideate and implement growth hacks within the cloud-based product to accelerate purchase and adoption across Fusion 360. Participate actively in building multi-year business plans with finance and be on the forefront of monitoring and reporting on progress against plans. Lead a team of data science and engineering experts to drive best-in-class product analytics and reporting, and exploration of next generation predictive modeling tools to impact future business direction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Strategy and Finance to build and maintain actionable multi-year and detailed business plans
• Work closely with Marketing and sales teams on weekly business metrics and performance tracking
• Become a subject-matter-expert in customer trial journeys to generate insights, find opportunities for improvement and drive influence across cross-functional teams
• Prepare quarterly executive summaries on business performance for senior leadership
• Collaborate with product to deliver in-product experiences to accelerate new user acquisition and retention
• Lead a small team of data scientists to deliver standardized product performance metrics across user journey
• Develop clear rules of engagement across stakeholders to drive efficient processes for data queries and reports, including scope definition, solutioning and delivery of projects
• Work with analytics partners across the company to build a strong data-driven operating model and growth framework to support business growth
• Establish and maintain effective reporting and data governance and cadence
• Explore areas to use AI/ML/predictive analytics to answer key business problems and deliver insights to customers through in-product and account level experiences

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in advanced data sciences and business analytics
• Experience working with Marketing, Sales and Business Strategy leadership teams
• Must be able to distil and communicate insights to leadership & executives
• Prior experience working in a B2B fast-paced SAAS environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
• Must have demonstrable evidence of business acumen and driving growth strategies
• Experience building strategic business plans/sales forecasts required
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar business analysis/intelligence tools preferred
• Must be able to bring structure across a large stakeholder network
• Self-starter, with a natural curiosity to discover and solve business problems
• Team management skills required
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills required
• Has advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Comfortable presenting to executive audiences and large groups of stakeholders
• Has worked in a highly matrix environment with several cross-organizational stakeholders
• Must be a strong multi-tasker, and is able to juggle priorities consistently
