POSITION SUMMARY
The Channel & SMB Marketing Sr. Mgr. will lead a team and manage a budget to develop integrated marketing strategies with select distribution partners to meet BU business goals and priorities across the Communications Solutions (CS) segment. A key focus will be developing and executing a strategy to effectively engage small and medium businesses (SMB) buying through the distribution channel to drive growth. This role will work with BU Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to understand their objectives and identify and implement campaigns with distribution partners globally. The role will support the BUs within the CS segment and represent the CS segment at the enterprise level to drive go-to-market optimization in the distribution channel.
Short Description
- Lead global marketing team and manage advertising budget to support business needs and enable growth.
- Serve as a critical partner to BU Product Management, Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing and Sales to understand the key business drivers and levers to drive growth through the distribution channel.
- Collaborate with distribution partners to develop a strategy and vision with corresponding budget and resource plan that supports BU business priorities.
- Develop metrics linked with marketing success, measure results to determine best practices, and ensure marketing tactics deliver target results.
- Share best practices and collaborate across business units to deliver an exceptional customer journey and experience.
- Update the Channel Marketing Playbook to for clear communication and robust go-to-market execution.
What your background should look like:
- Required: an undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 5-10 years of integrated marketing experience in a B2B or technology company with a heavy focus on distribution.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in distribution channel, with the ability to use insights to shape communications and strategies.
- Experience supervising a global marketing team and budget.
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation abilities.
- Experience in campaign development/management including social media and digital marketing programs.
- Analytical competency to gather insights from campaign results and distribution partners to build best practices.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
- Strong inter-personal skills with proven track record of forging excellent relationships at multiple levels of an organization.
- Project management skills including managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Eloqua a plus.
- MBA preferred.

COMPENSATION• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $138,080 - $207,120 (subject to change dependent on physical location)• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
