Sr. Manager Conference Client Experience Strategy
Job Description
Oversee strategic alignment, projects and processes to support Conferences and Gartner Product alignment.
What you'll do:
- Partner with product leads to ensure ongoing communications, documentation and updates around Gartner product portfolio
- Identify and lead strategic initiatives to improve and simplify the client experience at conferences including registration, communications and customer service.
- Document and maintain data source of conference deliverables and entitlements on behalf of Conferences to ensure a centralized and up to date source of truth for the business
- Identify opportunities for automation and technology solutions to current manual processes within the client journey to conferences
- Partner with product leadership to leverage best practices and align processes across Global conferences and products and support implementation of conference-related strategic initiatives.
- Own and oversee all client attendance data and behavior as it relates to aligned clients at Gartner conferences, including ongoing visibility into conferences impact on the business
- Contribute to and support ongoing planning by providing visibility and data surrounding various client attendee types and trends to help our teams better predict overall conference attendance, prepare to deliver the best onsite experience for our clients, and support future calendar and space planning

What you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred
- 7+ years' experience in Product Management, Project Management, Consulting, or Analytics, conference or event experience not required
- Comfortable with complexity and drive to make things simpler
- Strong organizational skills: able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive and decisive with a high sense of urgency
- Strategic Thinker - Self-motivated, collaborative and solution oriented
- Strong Executive presence and ability to communicate clearly and effectively to business leaders
- Proven ability to work on a cross-functional team
- Strong analytical skills to deliver programs and strategies that effectively address business issues
- Ability to efficiently prioritize and plan work activities in a dynamic work environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to leverage data to problem solve
- Experience of working in a complex multi layered corporate environment with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to speak/write clearly and persuasively
- Consistent demonstration of integrity, collaboration, no-limits mindset, objectivity, and delivering results consistently
- Passion for travel and a desire to work with a global team
