Sr. Manager, Customer Success

EnlivenHealth, a division of Omnicell, has a dynamic opportunity for a Sr. Manager, Customer Success to work with our Sales team. The success of any company selling complex population health solutions and services within health care comes down to its ability to navigate and win Major Independent, Chain, LTC pharmacy opportunities. Once won, creating enduring strategic relationships with existing customers is critical for EnlivenHealth to achieve its short and long-term objectives
The Sr. Manager works in conjunction with division leadership in Field Sales, Operations, Service, and with corporate resources in Finance, Legal and Marketing to manage a team pursuing the portfolio expansion within EnlivenHealth's most strategic accounts. This role will also manage the "engagement" within a subset of existing population health solutions customers to assure alignment of EnlivenHealth's goals with our customers' Key Performance Indicators.
This role reports to the Sales Leader for EnlivenHealth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a national team of Customer Success Managers and Partner Relationship Associates.
- Develop the master strategy to provide support to existing customers and ensure strategy is executed.
- Ensure that each customer had documented long term account plans, detailing support and contractual requirements, opportunities, expansion strategies, required resources, decision makers and influencers, and insights into account.
- Drive the attainment of customer satisfaction indicators such as the customer specific KPIs related to service level, financial objectives, quality, and reliability. Ensure alignment and attainment of customer objectives
- Develop executive relationships with key leaders and influencers at account headquarters and serve as point of issue escalation.
- Regularly assess employee performance, progress, and alignment with division goals, impact, and areas for improvement
- Partner closely with divisional leadership to ensure alignment and accountability
- Establish long-term business relationships with existing customers.
- Structure and negotiate contracts
- Determine pricing, discounts and customized value-adds
- Expand footprint of EnlivenHealth solutions in existing accounts
- Develop and implement Pharmacy long term selling strategies, determine appropriate deal structures and value propositions to best position EnlivenHealth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on key projects and initiatives to refine company strategy around increasing penetration
- Lead special projects as identified and approved by senior leadership
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of Retail Pharmacy market. Strong track record of effectively selling to top-level executives in pharmacies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contracting and contract negotiations
- Strong understanding of Pharmacy industry
- Exceptional team building skills
- Exceptional Challenger, Consultative Selling and training skills
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
Basic Qualifications:
- Associates degree
- 3 years of sales experience
- 3 years of experience in managing teams
- 3 years of experience working within Pharmacies in an assigned Territory and sales consulting
- 3 years of experience with negotiations and contracting
Work Conditions:
- Medium to Heavy Travel (50% )
