Sr. Manager- Demand Generation
Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives to influence qualified opportunities for the Magnus Health brand in the US and Canada. This is a role for a quota-driven marketer with proven demand gen skills utilizing both inbound and outbound marketing strategies.You'll plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (webinars, paid media, emails, etc.) to reach and engage our target audience to generate qualified leads and opportunities to fill top of funnel.
This role reports to the CMO and operates in a fast-paced environment. You must be a self-starter who is able to develop new ideas and be adaptable to shifting priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate awareness and interest in the Magnus Health offering to create a consistent, high-quality lead and opportunity flow to fill the pipeline. Own monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas.
- Develop a deep empathy and understanding of our buyers (goals/needs/pain points) and translate product features to customer benefits and develop compelling messaging.
- Leverage webinars, paid media, events, and email marketing to build top of funnel demand with engagement that drives conversion from leads to opportunities.
- Partner with Digital Marketing Manager to execute SEO, paid search, and website strategies.
- Partner with Sales, Sales Enablement, Product, Customer Success, Content, Communications, and Marketing Automation team members to drive lead and opportunity growth and demonstrate marketing ROI.
- Monitor and manage campaign performance and relevant KPIs to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual goals are met.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience
- Ed tech or health software experience preferred. Non-US marketing experience a plus
- Proven track record developing successful campaigns that deliver lead and opportunity quotas.
- Experience developing go to market plans leveraging market intelligence and target-based benefit messaging.
- Webinar expertise a must.
