Job Summary
Under the direction of Marketing leadership, the Digital Marketing Manager, Growth will develop and execute campaigns to captivate potential guests and nurture their interest to develop a relationship with the brand. The successful lady or gentleman in this role is passionate about The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection brand and introducing the unique opportunity of our yacht vacations to potential guests using digital marketing channels at scale. With particular emphasis on generating upper-funnel demand, the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing - Growth will develop and execute successful digital marketing programs including paid search, display, email and partnership marketing. Delivering results while strictly adhering to brand standards, this lady or gentleman will also utilize our CRM and analytics systems to both optimize programs and share data-supported reports of their successes.
Essential Functions
- Manage day-to-day SEM strategy
- Manage paid media to achieve digital marketing KPIs within budget across partner email, display and other channels
- Oversee creative brief development for internal and external teams to maintain consistent, effective digital marketing collateral
- Analyze and evaluate lead generation and conversion processes
- Report on activities across SEM, SEO, display, paid media, and prospecting campaigns
- Support the company's CRM database growth and development
- Update/maintain Project Plan for relevant marketing initiatives and deadlines
- Partner on website optimization efforts such as landing page testing and personalization
- Execute research projects on target markets, including geographic and demographic strategies
- Conduct consistent competitive analysis and monitor industry trends
- Originate new ideas for executing online and other marketing programs to help drive sales and engagement
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure RCYC brand is communicated correctly and consistently in all digital marketing channels
- Respond to ad hoc requests from sales & marketing team, as well as executive leadership team and/or other partners as required.
Competency
Education: BA or equivalent experience required
Experience: 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEM, SEO, and Display. Travel/hospitality industry experience preferred.
Skills:
- Digital Marketing Experience, particularly with SEM and Display
- Strong writing and grammar skills, proofreading abilities, and copywriting abilities
- Detail and deadline oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Collaborative self-starter, able to function with little supervision, high-energy, team player
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them on a timely basis
- Google Ads Certification a plus
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position, working at least 2 days per week in our downtown Fort Lauderdale office. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
