ROLE
The Sr. Manager, eCommerce will oversee the development and implementation eCommerce strategy and its operational execution that delivers value to customers, results in increased sales and creates a better overall customer experience. This role will supervise the Marketplace Operations department, and will partner closely with:
- Director, Marketing & Business Development on channel, affiliate, partner and campaign planning and execution
- Director, Purchasing & Product Programs on product line and promotional planning and execution
- Vice President, Engineering on data and systems operational bug-fix and planned features and enhancements to CK.com 1P storefront
OBJECTIVES
- Own eCommerce operational daily planning, execution, and health of the CK.com 1P storefront and associated integrations, including buy-side and sell-side features, processes, and master data.
- Develop and manage eCommerce sales plans as follows in partnership with Vice President, Card Kingdom and collaborators in Marketing, Purchasing, and Engineering.
- Organic and paid eCommerce revenue and margin targets across retail, resell, and releases business lines and associated product lines (such as singles, sealed, CK Product, accessories)
- Affiliate eCommerce revenue and margin targets across retail, resell, and releases business lines and associated product lines (such as singles, sealed, CK Product, accessories)
- Own eCommerce operational planning and execution of targeted sales and product plans through 3P Marketplaces, with a focus on Amazon and eBay branded markets.
- Proactively identify and resolve CK.com storefront operational and compliance issues that may impair customer experience, brand promise, or regulatory compliance
- Lead team consisting of eCommerce operations professionals who manage daily data and process operations in Storefront, Customer, Marketplace, Partner, and Delivery domains
- Lead all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce. Develop, report, and continually improve business performance metrics and forecasts
- Collaborate with Engineering to identify features and business model opportunities to innovate and improve the experience for external buyer, seller and partner customers
- Partner with Marketing to direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in acquisition, conversion rates, overall order size and manage margin performance
- Develop revenue and margin growth strategy in partnership with Vice President, Card Kingdom, maximizing both current tactics and unlocking new opportunities to drive profitable growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience, managing multiple disciplines.
- Experience working with a tabletop gaming or collectibles secondary market desired
- Demonstrated experience with retail and reseller sales motions
- Demonstrated experience managing across eCommerce functions
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple storefronts desired
- Program and project management experience a plus

- Exempt: From $120,000 - $145,000 depending on experience
