The Executive Center of Excellence will specialize in leading an Executive Center of Excellence and recruiting executives and other senior level candidates for roles across the NCR enterprise. The ECOE will be involved throughout the hiring process, conducting detailed interviews and presenting candidates to managers selectively, when they feel the candidate meets all stated requirements and would fit into NCR's culture. Executive style summaries will be provided upon submitting candidates. The Executive Leader will build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders spanning many years.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: The Executive Talent Acquisition Leader will develop the strategies and processes to and lead a world-class executive recruiting team. The Executive TA Leader will develop and maintain market intelligence relevant to the various NCR business units, will maintain a network of diverse industry candidates, including candidate pipelines, diversity initiatives, and market related compensation. The TA Leader will efficiently and effectively meet the company's executive hiring needs which includes partnering with executive leadership across the globe to execute best practices in recruiting strategies contributing to the growth and success of NCR. Additionally, the TA Leader will manage proactive candidate pipelines, market mapping and industry insights to efficiently respond to the business needs and drive best practices in hiring.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in recruiting/ talent acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in Business discipline (or similar) is desirable
- Preferred knowledge of executive level recruitment.
- Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including effective sourcing, behavioral & motivation based interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
- Experience working with globally diverse teams
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the financial services, technology and/or professional services industries
- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and execute on key strategic recruiting initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with ever changing deadlines
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how recruitment and workforce planning impact the overall organization in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing specialized recruiting programs, candidate management, client management, vendor & agency management, immigration policy, legal & compliance issues, compensation, and candidate negotiations
