Job Description

• Develop and maintain a weekly financial forecast for the consolidated business
• Prepare and deliver the annual financial budget
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reporting
• Provide financial forecast and budgetary guidance to enable decision making for senior leadership
• Lead financial review of monthly close process to ensure alignment with accounting
• Train and develop team of financial analysts to support all areas of company leadership
• Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting

First 6 Months:

• Take full ownership of weekly forecasting process, including deliverables to senior leadership
• Lead the finance responsibilities during the monthly accounting close process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus
• 5-8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
• Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with standard financial planning and accounting concepts, practices and procedures
• Passion for managing, organizing, and analyzing large and/or ambiguous sets of data
• Proactive thinker, accountable, with high level of intellectual curiosity
• Excellent business judgement, analytical and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of management experience
• Experience in the software industry
• Experience with mergers/acquisitions
• Experience with Private Equity companies
