Job Title: Senior Manager, Finance - HOKA

Reports to: Sr. Director, Finance - HOKA & Emerging Brands

Location: US Remote

The Role

- The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating brand accounting, budgetary and financial plan end to end processes including financial close for the brands

- Facilitates annual and quarterly budget forecasts, annual and quarterly sales forecasts and provides analytical support and visibility on key financial and operating metrics

- Develops, leads and manages weekly sales and compensation plans

- Ensures that internal controls are in place and business activity is recorded in accordance with Deckers central finance and accounting team

- Manages small team - mentors and develops team talent and business partners.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

1. Month/ Quarter End Close: Lead, manages and coordinates monthly and quarterly financial closing process, working closely with accounting and FA's to ensure all activity is properly recorded

2. Budgeting: Lead and manage the end-to-end annual budget process including timelines, communications, targets, consolidation, and summary

3. Forecasting: Leads, manages weekly, monthly, and quarterly domestic/ global revenue forecasting to ensure accuracy and forecasting are align with inventory levels; in addition, communicates properly to management

4. Analysis: Lead, develops and provides revenue and margin analysis data for Brands both on a domestic and global basis to provide insight on product demand, inventory management and sales opportunities

5. Ad-hoc projects & analysis

$155,000-$165,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
