Who we are looking for:

The Sr. Manager of Development for Financial Systems position is responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of the NetSuite configuration, scripts, reports, interfaces, extensions, customizations and forms enabling ACV's business strategy and Technology vision. This position requires a strong understanding of NetSuite's accounting functionality, SDLC methodology (NetSuite One and SuiteSuccess Methodology), NetSuite and industry development/change management tools. This position is responsible for developing, leading and directly supervising a team of developers and contractors locally, regionally and offshore (India).

What you will do:

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Serve as an expert technical resource for the NetSuite financials and architecture
  • Lead the technical design, development and execution of all RICEF (reports, interfaces, customizations, enhancements and forms)
  • With Business and NetSuite Leadership, understand the business requirements and determine best approach to deliver
  • With Business and NetSuite Leadership, provide estimates of effort to assist in prioritization
  • Establish and manage an offshore team to deliver those requirements including capacity management, priority setting, development standards, QA and resolving escalated issues
  • Establish required design, development and QA standards for the development team to follow
  • Ensure business requirements are defined to the required level (technical) of detail for an offshore team to deliver
  • Manage and communicate the offshore development backlog, deliver commitments and escalate when expectations are at risk
  • As needed, be able in an emergency dig in and execute hands on development tasks
  • Establish and execute with the wider Business Systems team the required quality criteria/reviews for accepting enhancements from our developers (offshore or internal) into our UAT and Production environments
  • Partner with Business and NetSuite leadership to assure the integrity of financial data and related integrations, including the documentation of appropriate quality testing, security and control measures for system best-practices
  • Develop and mentor NetSuite developers (predominantly offshore) and support team
  • Manage incident responses escalated to the NetSuite team
  • Support the Manager, Business Systems with change management and system configuration related to acquisitions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld Deployments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or information systems
  • 5-10 years' experience with NetSuite Finance, ideally at publicly traded company
  • 5-10 years' Netsuite Configuration and Development SDLC experience
  • 3-5 years' progressive management/leadership experience
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Demonstrated expert level understanding of Netsuite Financials, Integration and Procure to Pay functionality
  • Netsuite Order Management desired, but not required
  • Hands on experience executing and supervising Netsuite development
  • 5+ years as a hands on developer of Netsuite solutions
  • Knowledge of NetSuite Implementation Methodology & Deliverables (NetSuite One and SuiteSuccess Methodology)
  • 3+ years' previous experience integrating with and managing offshore resources - emphasis on setting standards, and clarity of handoffs/acceptance criteria
  • 5+ years' experience with JavaScript and SQLrequired
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • NetSuite administrator or related certifications
  • Experience with Strongpoint and Celigo highly desired

Compensation:$134,000-$140,000 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
