Sr. Manager, FP&A

Midi is seeking a Sr Manager, FP&A that will lead this function and report to the CFO. This role will lead all financial planning and analysis for the company, and will be instrumental in supporting our financial forecasting, budgeting and reporting to the senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to FP&A planning, financial model/KPI dashboard building, special projects, and financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making across the organization 
• Work closely with Clinical Operations and Business Development teams to enhance revenue reporting and KPI tracking, which includes creating KPI dashboards, identifying trends, and presenting the implications to leadership to drive strategic decision-making
• Build and manage the company’s financial operating model as well as departmental budgets, providing clear communications to leaders across the company on monthly budget tracking and variances
• Create reporting for Board presentations and executive management that clearly communicates financial results/KPI trends 
• Work with the CFO to help optimize the business through strategic analyses
• Coordinate with Accounting to support the monthly close and accounting policies
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, accounting, or corporate finance experience are all pluses
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent; MBA is a plus
• Experience in a high-growth technology company; healthcare, health tech, digital healthcare experience preferred
• A proven ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a simple manner
• Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills; proven track record of building sophisticated financial models
• Expert-level PowerPoint/Google Slides experience, able to translate complex financial information into a simplified presentation
• Self-starter who is able to deliver in a dynamic environment under tight timelines and changing priorities; must be “hands-on"
• Excellent team player that can also work well independently and with limited direction; highly driven and self-motivated
• High level of business acumen, the ability to analyze and assess opportunities and issues within the business
• A strong story-teller who will not just report the numbers, but will provide a deep understanding as to current trends and how we can improve going forward; comes to the table with solutions
