We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to act as a key member supporting the Global Customer Services (GCS) team and help the business to develop strategy, support its execution and drive performance.
The Sr. Manager will report directly to the Finance Director of Global GCS. This role is expected to work closely with the both the VP of Dispensing and VP Infusion Professional Services and build strong relationships with the operational leaders. This role will develop and maintain best practices to the completion of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities as well as drive various efficiency initiatives to meet business needs. This individual should have a demonstrated track record of contributions leading to improved financial performance, heightened productivity and enhanced internal controls.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all monthly, quarterly, and annual GCS reporting & deliverables are performed on time
- Support the annual strategic review, budget, and forecast processes
- Help identify cost containment opportunities, supporting with data, the decision making when cost trade-offs are required
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial results and provide variance analysis to key stakeholders
- Provide proactive financial input on performance including reported financials, underlying business, and operational factors.
- Review and reconcile headcount and open positions with GCS HR business partner for better utilization of the human capital, establishing proper headcount management & controls
- Provide ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis to evaluate investment opportunities
- Provide cross-functional support and insure alignment
- Develop talent to continue to grow within the finance organization
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- 5+ years progressive experience in Financial Planning, Accounting or related roles. Prior experience in Healthcare industry a plus.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, finance principles and internal controls
- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to present material and sophisticated matters in a concise and organized manner
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work across various functions to ensure deliverables are met against required timelines.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting plus an MBA or CPA certification preferred
- Sophisticated knowledge in Excel (vlookups, Pivot tables, formulas, etc.) and proficient with other Microsoft Office tools
- Strong Financial systems and planning tools knowledge (SAP, BPC, Power BI) desired
- Travel up to 25% within the U.S.
