Reporting to the Sr. Director, EI&D, the Senior Manager, Global Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) will be responsible for supporting the development and mobilization of global EBRGs, Task Forces, Inclusion Councils and the Inclusion Milestone Review Committee (IMRC) to include strategy, initiatives, programs, and partnerships globally. Collectively, these groups are referred to as the Tapestry EI&D Global Champion Network.

  • Provide consultation and project management support for the planning and execution of employee engagement events, internal and external communications, product review, community grants and programs, in partnership with other EI&D and Social Impact team members.
  • Work cross-functionally and establish productive partnerships with key stakeholders across the enterprise to drive Tapestry's EI&D and business objectives (e.g., partners and stakeholders include Business Leaders, Corporate Communications, Corporate Communications, Talent, Procurement, etc.)
  • Develop and recommend materials, resources, toolkits, KPIs and innovative ways to support employee engagement initiatives across the team (e.g., marketing collateral, toolkits, onboarding information, reporting templates, surveys etc.).
  • Analyze and leverage key metrics, communications, and strategies to drive both positive employee experiences and business outcomes.
  • Develop and own key progress indicators; work with EBRG leaders to create and execute strategies to achieve goals and outcomes.
  • Create and maintain demographic reports including data visualization for website, corporate responsibility reports and presentation materials.
  • Function as Technology lead for EI&D COE including EI&D Intranet portal, vendor management, and project planning, budget reporting, timelines and communication plans.
  • Provide g lobal heritage and event support - liaise with leadership and EI&D team to develop robust and impactful programming, including creation and maintenance of global EI&D Calendar.
  • Assist with planning and logistics execution of special projects and other key EI&D events and conferences including facilitating sessions, when necessary.
  • Use critical and innovative thinking and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Conduct ongoing research and stay current on EI&D, employee engagement and EBRG best practices.
  • Support administrative tasks including scheduling, meeting support, vendor management and expense tracking.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Ability to work in person at the corporate headquarters in New York City at least 60% and as required. Ability to occasionally travel up to 10%, and work/attend events some nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to support companywide programs and both internal and external events.

  • Experience as an EI&D practitioner in a global, matrixed corporate environment which may include EBRG leadership, talent program management or leading organizational development and culture projects.

Communications
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written across multiple internal/external platforms.

An outstanding professional will have...
  • a B.A./B.S. degree in related discipline preferred (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, EI&D, Ethnic Studies, Multicultural Marketing or related field).
  • 3+ years of direct experience working with Employee Business Resource Groups, regional councils, and product review teams, including leading, managing, designing processes, guidelines, and training.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in program/project management, tactical execution, and operational excellence.
  • Experience working in the luxury fashion industry preferred.
  • EI&D Coursework, training or certification preferred.
  • Project Management coursework, training or certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau or similar data & analytics software preferred.
  • Proficiency in the utilization of all Office 365 programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
