What Will Be Your Purpose
The primary function of this role is to define, own, and drive execution of the Group Go-To-Market strategy and plans to launch new and/or updated products, services, programs, and capabilities to support achievement of targeted business results.
What Will You Be Doing
- Develop Go-To-Market strategies and plans for initiatives (new and/or updated products, services, programs, and capabilities) to include suggested approach for market and competitive positioning
- Translate Go-To-Market strategies and plans into detailed marketing plans with clear accountabilities assigned across the core work team with proactive management and tracking of deliverables across the team. Prepare tracking report and surface issues to GTM director and/or Senior Director
- Review Go-To-Market content provided by business partners for accuracy, clarity, and marketing "spin" to ensure materials will meet the needs of our business partners to support our customers. Communicate with Director and or Senior Director for approval.
- Manage housing of materials on the SharePoint site and toolkits for easy access by the team
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Go-To-Market execution and recommend tactics for follow-up and to improve future execution
- 6+ years related work experience with Go-To Market, Sales, Communications, Marketing, Marketing Strategy, and/or Business Development experience
- Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
- Experience managing multiple projects and teams
- Experience building successful collaborative business relationships
- Experience in the health care industry
- In-depth product knowledge of employer market segments
- Understanding of sales process and distribution channels supporting products in the market
- Working knowledge of the Go-To-Market process for putting new and/or updated products, services, programs, and capabilities into the market
- Marketing and communications background to support value proposition development and product positioning
- Ability to travel at least 10% in the state of Florida
- Must be able to travel to multiple locations for work (i.e. travel to attend meetings, events, conferences).
- May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions of cold, heat, wet, and humidity.
- May be exposed to outdoor or warehouse conditions of loud noises, vibration, fumes, dust, odors, and mists.
- Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, or other equipment.
