We are looking for a leader to join our FP&S team as Senior Manager, Go-To-Market Financial Planning. In this role, you will play a key part in driving strategic business initiatives and delivering critical insights to company leadership. The ideal candidate has experienced success in a dynamic, high-growth, and fast-paced environment, brings a quantitative, data driven mindset, and should have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Comfort interacting at all levels of senior management (including VP, SVP and C-suite) is a must.

What you'll do:

  • Business Partnership: Be the go-to finance and strategy partner to multiple GTM leaders.
  • Planning: Drive a considerable portion of our long-range and annual planning processes - defining strategic priorities, goals, OKRs, and investments.
  • Performance Mgmt: Develop reporting and forecasting that provide a fundamental understanding of our business drivers and actionable insight into opportunities to improve business performance.
  • Strategy: Support data-driven decision making by creating frameworks, building analyses, and leveraging external data.
  • Budget Mgmt: Create and drive processes to manage and allocate budgets.  Create reporting that provides clarity to budget owners.
  • Team Mgmt: Manage 1-2 direct reports.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years in Strategic Finance/BizOps, including 5+ years in high-growth SaaS business models.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and driving meaningful business outcomes.
  • Significant experience in managing complex projects across multiple functions, including senior leaders.
  • Comfortable operating as a high-level IC while also managing high-performing ICs.
  • Energized by cultivating collaborative working relationships and driving inclusive problem-solving
  • Thrive in an environment where given the opportunity work autonomously and solve ambiguous problems
  • Demonstrate the Checkr core values of Grit, Humility, Transparency, Connection and Ownership 
  • Foundational experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity preferred
  • Fervor for B2B business models and the broader market landscape

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. The salary range for this role is $120,335 to $250,470.
