This role works alongside the Associate Director for Supply Chain and will provide strategic partnership for several leaders and employees around the world, within the Collins Central Supply Chain function. The role will execute critical HR activities and programs related to employee engagement and retention, development, total rewards, DE&I, and more.
This position can be remote or hybrid from any Collins location.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Owns the execution of the talent strategy from a people perspective as it relates to Central Supply Chain
- Acts as a thought partner, strategic planner, trusted advisor, relationship builder, talent champion and culture/change ambassador for the leaders
- Directly coach, partner and advise senior leadership on topics from change management and organizational design to cultural transformation and diversity, equity and inclusion
- Lead projects and assignments related to annual HR processes (including but not limited to: Strategic Planning, Performance Impact, Leadership Development Reviews, Compensation Planning and Employee Engagement surveys).
- Maintains a strong network of Collins HR colleagues in our Centers of Expertise: Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Labor and Employee Relations, to efficiently support business needs.
- Ability to influence others outside of own area of accountability
- Communicates with stakeholder inside and outside of the HR function
- Manages elements of diversity, recruiting and retention strategy, efforts and programs
- Gives presentations to senior leaders to influence decision making on key talent initiatives
- Project work as assigned
- Ability to travel up to 10%, domestic and global travel opportunities
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR
- Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years' experience OR
- In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters level qualification in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related subject
- SHRM accreditation or equivalent
- Experience supporting customers across and outside of the US
- Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure in time-sensitive situations and manage projects of various scope
- Experience with Workday HR System
- Experience in the aerospace industry or manufacturing environment
