Sr. Manager HRIS and People Analytics
Job Description
The Senior Manager, HRIS and People Analytics in a shared service model, will serve as the HRIS technical point of contact for assigned functional area and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, dashboard preparation, and process improvement opportunities. The Senior Manager, HRIS and People Analytics supports a complex business model and multiple business divisions with numerous reporting and technology infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to focus on developing and maintaining substantial analytics to help drive business decisions, and you will create short and long-term goals and objectives for system builds, operations, processes, data flows, and security as it relates to our People processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes and partner with teams across People, Finance, and Legal on implementation of solutions. Perform regular business process reviews to make ongoing suggestions and create action plans, if necessary.
- Play a key role in managing the HR data and technology portfolio, helping to continue to scale the organization globally through insights, self-service, and company-wide reporting and processes.
- Lead and develop members of the People Analytics & HR Technology teams, who are responsible for implementing and maintaining HR technology tools (ATS, HCM, LMS) maintaining candidate and employee data, reporting, and analytics.
- Maximize use of HRIS – proactively provide data and analytics that drive business decisions (new hire, turnover, LOA) and drive business efficiency through use of HRIS and integration with other tools (benefits, recruiting.)
- Develop and sustain appropriate controls to maintain reliable data and enable scalable reporting solutions.
- Oversee the integration of subsidiary/newly acquired businesses into HRIS systems. Project lead integrations with IT and business leaders.
- Partner with People team and business leaders to understand key business initiatives.
- Monitor and enhance service delivery standards to ensure global consistency, ultimately enhancing both manager and team member experiences.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years HRIS or related systems experience
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- HRIS report writing experience, PowerBI experience preferred
- ADP WorkforceNow software experience highly preferred
- Prior experience with HRIS implementation preferred
