Sr. Manager, Ingredients - Cheese

Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Ingredients - Cheese is responsible for procuring the most technologically complex and expensive commodity or group of commodities, tools, or parts.

• Responsible for conducting exceptionally difficult negotiations with all levels of U.S. and international supplier management.
• Serves as primary interface between company components and suppliers on strategic/critical quality, engineering and procurement matters.
• Ensures contracts are in place for all suppliers of all goods inclusive of terms and condition through e auction, payment terms and delivery schedules in accordance with the requirements.
• Monitors costs to ensure they are controlled and within budget and ZBB savings tracked.
• Produces and maintains a supplier price history database to capture and assess the supplier's service, quality and price performance.
• Assists in annual budgeting and preparation of prices, cash flow, supplier contracts, reduction of demurrage, working capital and potential write offs.
