Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing

Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, the Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness. They will lead a team of four brand storytellers to develop content on the company website, blog and social media. They will oversee events and copywriting while ensuring cohesive marketing messages across campaigns. This role is responsible for developing the promotions and content calendar and growing earned media by managing campaigns with a PR/Influencer agency, B2B brands and other brand partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, communicate and implement organic growth strategies and operations to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Lead and mentor the team including a social media specialist, events specialist, SEO, and copywriter
- Develop effective brand stories and promotional assets while ensuring all written touchpoints and materials are accurate, consistent, intentional and reflective of the organization’s goals
- Organize and execute brand campaigns and develop partnerships, including community engagements
- Manage the promotion schedule by working closely with stakeholders, supporting a GTM launch strategy, and reporting on insights post launch
- Manage the PR/Influencer agency partnership and brand partnership campaigns to develop new brand stories and increase earned media and brand awareness
- Work closely with marketing and technology leaders to ensure marketing assets are available and ready for promos and launches
- Facilitate all marketing communication and assets to internal employees and channel partners
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and develop actionable insights to inform inventive marketing strategies and drive efficiency
- Analyze market trends and brand metrics and insights to identify target audiences, competitive trends, and opportunities for brand growth
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in the field
- 7+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of highly creative and imaginative campaigns showing strong results
- 3+ years of experience with marketing leadership experience
- New product launch experience
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret market research data and make data-driven decisions
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and measure success of go to market strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, social media management platforms, and analytics tools
- Passion for branding and a keen eye for detail to maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts
- Bike or related industry experience preferred, but not required
