Sr. Manager, IT Agile Enablement

Job Overview

The Senior Manager, IT Agile Enablement will lead our Agile Center of Excellence, including managing coaches, leading the Agile activation across IT and driving outcomes. An outcome-focused leader who is a strong influencer, collaborator and has an agile mindset is required. This role will report into our Senior Director, IT Agility and PMO.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the agile transformation delivery based on the technology agile transformation roadmap
• Help identify, develop, and track transformation OKRs
• Coach and influence leaders and teams on system thinking and servant leadership
• Communicate complex transformation impediments and solutions in a simple and logical manner
• Manage the Planning Increment transformation outcomes with an optimized cadence and structure
• Identify opportunities and maturity activities
• Lead the Agile Center of Excellence to provide the IT organization with tools and framework, including the refining the KDP IT agile playbook
• Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity
• Stay ahead of insights on key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry

Requirements

• Bachelor degree (Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field) or equivalent work experience required. Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience required
• 5+ years of experience coaching/leading transformational change while operating in an agile delivery model
• Required experience managing organizational transformation in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or other agile methodology framework
