What Will Be Your Purpose
- Lead projects and processes with multiple interdependencies and of high complexity, scope, risk and impact to the business.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
- Track key milestones, adjust plans as needed, develop and monitor budget needed to achieve Sales goals and customer needs.
- Be a subject matter expert for Sales reporting, programs, projects, and continuous improvement and may lead, coach and develop other project managers or a small staff.
- Managing multiple sales/business programs and processes with internal and external dependencies, complex or multiple scope, and higher level of risk requiring mitigation plans.
- Executing multiple integration points with some external integration, time sensitive works within multiple teams of resources to include Blue Value Solutions, Blue Value Solutions Lite, 11-month program, wellness funds, implementation credits and other market facing needs.
- Influence decisions, sell concepts, and/or provide advice and counsel that impacts sales objectives.
- Active facilitation of program issue resolution, change, risk and dependency managements and lead project and workgroup meetings and tracks/monitors deliverables and time frames in a fast paced Sales environment.
- Synthesize collected data and advises leadership on options, risks, costs versus benefits and impact on Sales business processes, systems, employees, brokers and clients.
- Advising leadership and staff on strategic solutions to dealing with barriers.
- Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members to achieve mutual goals.
- 8+ years related work experience in Project or Program Management or equivalent combination of transferrable experience and education
- 1+ year(s) leadership experience including direct supervisory experience, project team leadership, training, coaching, auditing, or providing day-to-day direction to team members
- Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of and experience with Sales reporting tools/processes, including the EDW, PowerBI, MBI
- Ability to communicate highly complex business processes clearly and articulately for all levels and audiences.
- Expert knowledge in various Project Management and Product Development concepts, methodologies and processes.
- Proven leadership ability including effective knowledge sharing, conflict resolution, facilitation of open discussions, fairness and displaying appropriate levels of assertiveness.
Thorough understanding of industry and/or business-related processes, products, systems, functions and architectures.
- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing a small team
- Experience in leading / managing projects or other work experience in Sales including Commercial Sales (Group and Under 65) business processes and marketing.
- Intermediate experience with SharePoint and project management software.
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects.
- Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Salary
To support your financial wellbeing, we offer competitive pay as well as opportunities for incentive or commission compensation. We also conduct regular annual reviews with pay for performance considerations for base pay increases.
- Annualized Salary Range: $111,400 - $181,000
- Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $111,400 - $139,200
- Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
