Job Description:
We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Sr. Manager, Marketing & Biz Dev (ThinQ Energy). This role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of the ThinQ Energy program goals and activities including the go-to-market strategies, marketing, sales and business initiatives as well as the eco-system partners.
• Responsible to ensure the ThinQ Energy program is on an upward trajectory of growth and success.
• Responsible to oversee multiple project teams, coordinating and ensuring the program goals are achieved.
• Initiate opportunities, activities and deliverables that will increase the success of the program.
• Identify risks to the success of the program and take timely action to mitigate or reduce.
• On-going, data driven communication of the program status and success.
• Collaboration with numerous stakeholders of a variety of disciplines to initiate and execute creative strategies and activities.
Responsibilities:
• Strategy, Planning and Execution:
o Strategizing, planning, and monitoring the program execution plan, keeping it on schedule.
o Continuously evaluate the program plan, aligning and updating the plan, deliverables, actions and outcomes based on data driven results and analysis.
o Identifying and addressing problems and risks to the program's success taking timely actions to correct, mitigate and reduce the risks.
o Coordinating and managing the program interdependencies and resource management.
• Marketing, Business, and Go-To-Market:
o Identifying opportunities to initiate activities with internal stakeholders and eco-system partners - including go-to-market strategies, marketing activities, sales and business development and other creative initiatives.
o Ideate, create, and execute a wide range of marketing activities including D2C campaign, industry events, content creation and more. Perform data-driven analysis of the marketing activities performance to continuously improve.
o Work closely with the Product Management Team, the Marketing Team and the Sales and Business Development Teams to be fully coordinated and execute the program activities in the most efficient manner.
o Work closely with 3rd party eco-system partners to identify and execute joint activities.
• Continuous, transparent stakeholder communications on the program's status
• Develop a data driven evaluation method to assess the program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Define the program controls and processes to successfully manage the program.
Experience and Skills:
• Proven experience managing programs involving different disciplines to produce successful results.
• Proven experience in initiating and managing marketing campaigns and activities including D2C, eCommerce marketing, industry events and content creation.
• Proven experience working with numerous internal and 3rd party stakeholders from a wide variety of disciplines creating an extremely collaborative environment for success.
• Experience in data driven program strategy formulation, execution and monitoring.
• Proven ability to understand wider company objectives and translating them to the program goals.
• Experience in a startup environment being hands-on and agile is highly preferred.
• Experience and knowledge in the areas of: Home Energy Management Systems (HEMS), Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS), grid operations or demand reduction programs operated by utilities, CCAs and ISOs - highly preferred.
• Strong communications skills - written and verbal including presentation skills.
