The Role:
Immunovant is seeking a Marketing Operations professional to help our growing team bring the brand vision to life. The individual in this position will work cross-functionally to lead and execute prioritized initiatives supporting our Endocrinology and Rheumatology therapeutic areas. This includes congress planning, content review process and budget management. Required to work collaboratively, compliantly, with high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee preparations for external conferences and meetings
  • Partner with external agencies/vendors and internal stakeholders in executing marketing initiatives and preparations for launch
  • Conduct special projects with the Commercial Team including initiatives to drive operational efficiencies and further innovation
  • Lead and manage the content review process for designated materials, addressing cross-functional feedback and objectives
  • Manage funds, workplans and resources appropriately

Requirements:

  • B.S./B.A. degree required and 2 years of relevant work experience
  • 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience  
  • Experience with the development and execution of marketing programs and materials
  • Strong project and budget management skills
  • Familiarity with promotional review systems strongly preferred
  • Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills; highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and vendors
  • Proven track record of delivering creative solutions and driving high quality results as a team member and cross-functional leader

Work Environment:

  • Remote-based
  • Dynamic, interactive, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Willing to travel as needed to office headquarters in New York City
  • Domestic travel may be required based on business needs (up to 20%)

Compensation is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, 401k, and other benefits, including unlimited paid time off and parental leave. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $175,000 - $185,000.
