Position Overview
Sr. Manager of Commercial Operations to focus on sales operations and analytics for the Account Management organization. You will partner closely with our Executive team to ensure our data and analytics stacks are scalable and meet our current and future needs. This is a highly visible role within the organization as you will contribute to our business analytics efforts company-wide.
This is a hybrid position located at our office in Sunnyvale, CA
What You'll Do
- Actively participate in defining the company’s commercial and corporate strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Partner with Account Management leaders to define relevant metrics to improve management of the business.
- Develop metrics to measure the success of core commercial and operational initiatives and lead ongoing data collection and analysis to measure program success.
- Build out the company’s analytical capabilities and technology platforms to continue to provide high value data at scale.
- Ensure the Account Management team has dashboards and reporting that provides actionable information that will lead to improved business efficiencies and overall performance.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to provide insight on topics of interest to the company’s executive team and board of directors.
- Perform data monitoring to ensure data completeness and hygiene.
- Identify downstream system and process challenges associated with rapid growth and proactively develop processes to address.
What You'll Need
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Business Operations
- Experience partnering with sales organizations to drive productivity and growth
- Experience developing sales strategy programs and getting buy-in from key stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the drivers of commercial success, key performance indicators, basic accounting, supply chain principles, and the needs of a rapidly growing commercial organization
- Experience with necessary data systems, including:
- CRM and ERP systems – Salesforce and NetSuite preferred
- BI delivery tools such as Power BI (preferred), Looker, Tableau, Mode Analytics, etc.
- EDW systems such as Snowflake, Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
- Understand how to present data in a way that is easily interpreted, aesthetically pleasing and actionable
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communicatorÂ
- Ability to coordinate with different internal stakeholders and external partners to build out data infrastructure needs
- BA/BS degree required
- Solid knowledge of healthcare/medical device industry, and successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
