Job Description:

We're on the hunt for a visionary and seasoned Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives at Allego. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting digital marketing strategies, enhancing online outreach, and ensuring a seamless digital experience for our audience. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams, you will ensure that digital campaigns resonate with our target audience and complement our overall marketing objectives.

Responsibilities: How you’ll make a difference in this role:

  • Architect Allego’s digital marketing strategy and lead the team through execution excellence.
  • Keep pace with digital trends and competitor activity. Work with and through the team to drive lead generation, brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital channels including paid social ads, paid search ads, SEO, organic social, review generation, review site optimization, podcast, email and other digital activities.
  • Manage SEO and Paid Media agency relationships to ensure seamless execution of agreed upon strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics, drawing insights and optimizing strategies for better ROI.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously refine the digital marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, enablement, customer success, and product to ensure alignment for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the digital marketing tech stack and budget, including but not limited to tools for SEO, SEM, email marketing, peer review sites, social media management, and analytics.
  • Stay plugged into emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting.
  • Profound expertise in digital marketing (Google, LinkedIn, G2, Trustradius) and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot), encompassing various features like landing pages, forms, workflows, etc.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful digital campaigns.
  • Adeptness in data analytics, reporting tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and the acumen to convert data into actionable strategies.
  • Stellar project management abilities, juggling multiple projects effortlessly.
  • An analytical thinker with an innate curiosity for digital innovations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across various departments.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively, while maintaining a data-driven approach.
  • A result-driven approach, infused with a passion for digital excellence.
  • Certifications for Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and SEO are a plus.
