About the position: 

We are seeking a creative and experienced Sr. Manager of Lifecycle/CRM Marketing to join our team in Redwood City, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, SMS, and website chat. This role focuses on optimizing our marketing efforts to engage, convert, and retain patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to drive patient engagement and retention.
  • Design and execute targeted email, SMS, and chat campaigns to convert leads into active patients.
  • Utilize analytics to monitor and report on campaign performance, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve key metrics and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and technical staff, to ensure campaign alignment with Klarity Health's brand and objectives.
  • Segment and manage lists based on behaviors like past engagement and patient lifecycle stage to deliver more targeted messaging.
  • Optimize patient journey by identifying key touchpoints and deploying personalized marketing tactics to enhance patient experience.
  • Test and iterate on different messaging, offers, and designs to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards related to marketing and patient communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle/CRM marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing platforms and tools necessary for executing email, SMS, and chat campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns in startup environment.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation, Benefits, and Arrangements:

  • Compensation: $120,000 to $200,000 annually. Eligible for stock options and performance-based bonuses.
  • Location: In-person work in Redwood City, California.
  • Job Type: Full-time.
