About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated, full-time Sr. Manager of Network Development to grow our footprint in the Central Valley market.

Pair Team partners with primary care groups and social care organizations like shelters, food pantries, and sobering centers to enable them to participate in value-based care programs that focus on high-need Medicaid patients. We manage these programs end-to-end for our partners with our tech-enabled care teams and technology platform.

In this role you will be integral to the development of our partnerships with these organizations; you will identify prospective partners, pursue their partnership and lead conversion, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties.

This position requires an effective multi-level sales professional with deep experience with the primary care sales process and connections in the local market. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, be self-driven with a sense of urgency and the ability to work effectively and independently in a startup environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Drive market expansion in the Central Valley, including but not limited to: primary care groups (PCP),  community based organizations (CBO), county systems, etc.
  • Build relationships with PCP and CBO organizations from C-level down to operational leadership in both new and existing markets
  • Own ongoing PCP and CBO account management and retention 
  • Gather customer, market and competitive intelligence to identify trends, issues, and opportunities to improve Pair Team’s products & services and use that knowledge to identify and develop winning product, sales and adoption strategies
  • Collaborate with the Field Operations team to engage customers, drive adoption and effective utilization, lead efforts to gauge impact and measure success and customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain reporting and financial tracking of strategic partnership activities.
  • Develop and manage partner agreements and contracts, liaising with legal and other cross-functional partners as needed
What You’ll Need:
  • 7+ years experience in sales and customer service with 3+ years in a B2B/B2B2C environment, preferably directly with providers.
  • A proven sales track record in a new product market environment.
  • Established rapport with a book of business in the Fresno healthcare market and community, including engagement with C-level partners. Ideally this includes primary care practices, FQHCs, and/or independent clinics.
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in the market, with an understanding of provider organization operations, challenges, key systems, vendors and market trends.
  • An ability to translate customer feedback and needs and provide solutions that support their needs to meet sales quotas.
  • Collaborative with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Passionate about providing healthcare to underserved communities.
  • Outstanding organization, written and oral communication skills required.
  • Reliable transportation around the Central Valley and flexible to meet travel-needs required in this role (50% travel required).
  • Creative mindset to continually try new tactics and to create new services.
