We are seeking a senior-level analytics leader to join our Revenue Operations Analytics team to drive data-informed strategies for our Go-to-Market organization. This person will lead the development of analytics platforms, data models, and advanced analyses to optimize sales, marketing, and customer success functions.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive data strategy and governance by designing, implementing and optimizing data pipelines and infrastructure leveraging tools like Snowflake, Databricks, DBT, etc.
  • Develop custom data models, dashboards, analyses and machine learning models to derive insights from company data sources across sales, marketing, customer success, product and more.
  • Create compelling data visualizations, reports and presentations to provide business insights into growth opportunities, marketing effectiveness, sales pipeline, forecasting and more.
  • Clearly communicate analytic findings and recommendations to the executive and GTM leadership team, as well technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization. 
  • Develop and track metrics tied to revenue team goals and corporate KPIS related to sales, customer acquisition/retention, and marketing ROI.
  • Lead data-oriented analytics projects and initiatives designed to significantly improve conversion rates, grow revenue, reduce customer churn and strengthen financial outlook.
  • Coach and mentor more junior analysts on the team.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience in data analytics, preferably supporting high-growth revenue organizations.
  • Strong data acumen with expertise in SQL, advanced statistical modeling and tools like Python or R
  • Expert knowledge of data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery as well as ETL/data workflow tools like DBT.
  • Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools like Tableau and ThoughtSpot.
  • Strong record of delivering impactful data products and analytics to drive business decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities to relay complex data insights to a variety of business stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable dealing with ambiguity and driving measurable outcomes
  • Experience building, developing and retaining strong teams of analysts/scientists preferred
  • Passion for using cutting-edge analytics to solve challenging business problems

The annual base salary listed below for this role is based on experience, skills, education, relevant training and geographic location. Company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, and benefits are available depending on the role.

The above represents the anticipated total rewards package for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on qualifications, professional experiences, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location, and other job related factors.

Pay Range

$145,000—$162,787 USD
