As Senior Manager, Digital Marketer, you will recommend and execute programs to generate a high volume of quality conversations. You will also plan and execute SEO/SEM, manage and optimize the website and landing pages to drive conversions. Measure, optimize and report performance against goals.

You will report to the Director, Digital Experience, and will work to define the paid search and shopping channel strategy, leading an internal team and collaborate with agencies and other vendors to activate and optimize channel performance.

  • Paid Search and Shopping day-to-day program management, including managing Search and Shopping internal and agency teams
  • Defining strategy for campaigns; successful launch/management of campaigns, performance reporting and read-outs on campaigns:
    • Strategic account structure development
    • Keyword development and expansion
    • Product titles and descriptions, headline copy, etc
    • Creative messaging and ad extension matrix
    • Landing Page decisioning, including audits as necessary
  • Ongoing program testing/optimization of ad groups, keywords, ad copy, etc
    • Optimization and daily pacing to ensure efficient delivery of campaign objectives
    • Testing strategy and execution
  • Paid Search budget execution and finance reconciliation for $35M in working marketing spend
  • Management and best practices for product feed, feed rules and maintenance of any manual lists and/or exclusion lists
  • Defining and gaining cross-functional alignment and adherence to product data and maintenance needs to maximize program performance
  • Business owner of Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, SA360 - any day-to-day decisions that impact this including working with internal stakeholders like IT and ecom product to ensure systems are connected correctly and functioning properly to support business
  • Defining Paid Search and Shopping program strategy for ~$35M in working marketing spend, the largest total line item in the marketing budget
    • Device targeting strategy
    • CRM strategy
    • Budget moves between Paid Search and Shopping channels
  • Broad scale program testing
  • Bringing on new tools or systems to manage program
  • Review monthly, quarterly recaps/insights prior to broadly sharing out

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of B2B digital marketing experience and at least 5 years SEM experience
  • 3+ years hands-on experience creating and managing Paid Search and Shopping campaigns in Google Ads and experience creating and managing complex bid strategies in Search Ads 360 (SA360)
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams

Technical Competencies:
  • Google Marketing Platforms, specifically Search Ads 360 (SA360) and Google Analytics 360 (GA360); and Google Ads; Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience

Skills and Ability:
  • Success managing complex, large scale Search and Shopping accounts
  • Strong, demonstrated innovation skills
  • Experience managing a team required; Experience managing an in-house search team preferred
  • Management and mentorship of junior team members to meet annual goals
  • Deep knowledge of SEM best practices, tools and technologies
  • Must understand key performance metrics against diverse marketing goals and how to apply those KPIs to SEM execution, bid management and insight development
  • Detail-oriented with strong capabilities around to project management and follow-through
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills
  • Expert-level Excel skills and comfort creating/expressing thoughts through concise PowerPoint presentations
