Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement partner and/or incentive program management and day-to-day activities 

  • Manage and operationalize existing partner/incentives program and build net new partner program criteria/incentives that drive partner behavior to sell Automation Anywhere solutions through channel partners 

  • Ensure timely payout of incentives on a quarterly basis with monthly results reporting working with finance/accounting and operations 

  • Analyze efficacy and preference of partner program & incentives and make/implement recommendations for continuous enhancements 

  • Create and implement a communications plan to drive awareness, preference, and adoption of our programs and incentives with channel partners including partner portal, email, webinars, newsletters, and social media 

  • Work with cross-functional teams including sales, legal, communications, finance/accounting, and others to implement end-to-end programs 

 

Qualifications 

  • 10+ years of partner program and/or partner incentive management with a focus on building, managing, and enhancing programs & incentives  

  • Experience with measuring the effectiveness of programs with the ability to recommend and implement enhancements to make the program even more effective 

  • Must have a solid understanding of the different types of channels (Regional and Global Systems Integrators and Value Added Resellers, Managed Services Partners, Technology Alliance Partners, Services Partners, and Distributors) and what motivates them to sell a specific vendor’s solution 

  • Excellent communication skills having worked with all levels in an organization and cross functionally. Need to understand how to talk to executives, finance/accounting, legal, sales, partners and know what each of these functions requires from a communications standpoint 

  • Implemented communication plan for programs you managed by pulling together the internal and external communications plan to drive awareness and adoption of the program 

  • Strong experience setting up business cases from a financial perspective to get funding for programs/incentives 

  • Tenacious personality with a get-it-done attitude 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep cool under pressure
