The IT Sr. Manager - People Data and Analytics is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of all data, reporting and analytics requests aligned with People Experience strategy at Zoom.
This role will report to Head of IT - People Technology.

Colorado Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$145,260.00 USD
Maximum :
$268,740.00 USD
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value. Information about Zoom's benefits is here . Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.

The IT Sr. Manager - People Data and Analytics is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of all data, reporting and analytics requests aligned with People Experience strategy at Zoom.
This role will report to Head of IT - People Technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of individuals to enable delivery of HR data, reporting, and visualized analytics requests that will help translate into business insights and business decision making
- Act as SME and influencer to senior stakeholders and /or other team members for prioritization of requirements and managing on-time, on-budget delivery of committed capabilities
- Build and continuously evolve 1-2 year data and analytics delivery roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders and Data IT partners
- Partner with HR, Data IT and other cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex problems using innovative methods to collect and provide integrated People data for business analysis
- Identify innovation opportunities leveraging Zoom products and platform to incorporate in the overall experience of accessing and using people data and analytics products (capabilities)
- Maintain and improve the data management systems and processes and move the function into a mature data delivery state
- Streamline operational support processes and expand teams capabilities to serve ongoing business needs creating opportunities for automation, improvements and scalability
- Ensure data governance and compliance needs are met proactively
- Build effective relationships and collaborate with team members, business leaders and cross functional partners to solve organizational problems
- Actively coach and develop team of data engineers, tableau developers, data analysts
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in delivery of HR business processes and solutions
- 4+ years of people management or data product management experience
- Understanding of scalable data transformation technologies
- Functional experience utilizing data visualization tools (Tableau, or similar tools)
- Ability to partner, collaborate with, and influence relevant stakeholders across diverse functions and experience levels
- Familiarity with data warehouse (Snowflake), data visualization (Tableau) and Workday Reporting platforms and relevant technologies
- Possess good understanding of HR data model through employee lifecycle journey
- Strong independent judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving skills required to anticipate and respond to emerging challenges.
- Knowledge or experience in HR systems (Workday and other integrated recruiting, talent and learning management systems), workforce analytics and reporting platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and ideas to a non-technical audience and inspire change and collaboration.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to work independently, and possess strong leadership skills including the ability to prioritize and balance the teams
- Understanding of data-protection principles/laws in large geographies (e.g. North America, EU, UK)
Experience
- 6-10 years combined experience in HR data, people analytics, data science, or other related disciplines, with proven experience scaling up and leading a people analytics team with a strategic mindset
Education
- A Bachelors or Master's Degree in Information Science or Technology or related field. Certifications in Data Analytics are nice to have
