Supercharge our Adventure Sports brands and dominate the Amazon marketplace with your data-driven performance marketing mastery! As our Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, you're more than just a paid media and paid search pro - you're a revenue-obsessed data whiz who thrives on connecting marketing to real impact. You'll play a vital role in propelling our brands (Fox, Bell, Giro, CamelBak, QuietKat, Blackburn) to new heights by leading customer acquisition across paid media, affiliate channels, and the Amazon marketplace, delivering top-notch CAC, media payback, and LTVs.
This position reports to the Global VP of Digital and eCommerce and allows you the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule from your home office and Irvine, CA company headquarters (in office 3 days a week).
As the Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing, you will have an opportunity to:
- Build and mentor a high-performing paid media team focused on aggressive revenue and customer growth across all channels, including Amazon.
- Craft and manage best-in-class campaigns across paid search, display, YouTube, Shopping, CTV, affiliate channels, Amazon PPC, and more, optimizing at every stage of the customer journey.
- Leverage extensive platform, site, and creative data to gain deep insights and fine-tune acquisition efforts across all channels.
- Masterfully manage multi-million-dollar budgets to maximize ROI and ensure media payback fuels brand growth across all channels, including Amazon.
- Stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving performance marketing landscape, actively leading internal education and sharing thought leadership externally.
- Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across all channels, including Amazon PPC, paid search, display, YouTube, Shopping, CTV, affiliate channels, and more.
- Optimize existing campaigns across all channels to improve conversion rates and sales on our websites and on Amazon.
- Manage multi-million-dollar budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI across all channels.
- Oversee campaign execution and ensure compliance with program requirements across all channels, including Amazon Seller Central guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and sales, to support sales and lead generation efforts.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's message and resonate with target audiences.
- Create and manage engaging content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with target audiences, including Amazon product listings and sponsored content.
- Develop and implement campaign strategies in partnership with brand marketing, social teams, and Amazon sales team to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Foster positive customer experiences through personalized interactions and exceptional service, regardless of the channel (website, Amazon storefront, etc.).
- Set clear goals and objectives for the performance of the marketing team, encompassing website traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring team members have the skills and resources to manage paid advertising campaigns.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering expertise in Amazon PPC best practices and campaign optimization.
- Evaluate and reward team performance based on achievement of departmental goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices
You have:
- 5+ years' experience in a management role within eCommerce, performance marketing
- Have hands-on experience delivering exceptional paid media and paid search campaigns, including experience with Amazon PPC, for large-scale, industry-leading ecommerce brands.
- Possess a deep understanding of key biddable platforms like AdWords, Affiliate platforms, CTV, the programmatic media-buying ecosystem, and the Amazon advertising platform.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where agility and innovation are key.
- Love leading and developing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to build strong relationships.
Pay Range:
$118,200.00 - $185,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
