What you will do:

  • Public Relations
    • Develop and execute strategic PR programs that enhance customer loyalty, acquisition, and brand awareness focused on CSR
    • Build and maintain key relationships between the brand and community stakeholders to create greater brand awareness
    • Maintain PR inbox and Electronic Press Kit
    • Create and manage corporate awards strategy and program to showcase the company's excellent work, brand, and culture
    • Manage donations
  • Corporate Social Responsibility
    • Identify and build partnerships to increase visibility and ensure breakthrough CSR communications
    • Develop and implement CSR communications on internal and external channels
    • Maintain ongoing data base of company's CSR efforts and reporting, including the UN Global Compact and SDG reporting
    • Lead global sustainability initiatives
    • Develop company sustainability and impact report
    • Develop and drive the company's sustainability narrative internally and externally for key product launch
    • Community Relations: Help to build and steward relationships between the brand and key community stakeholders to create greater brand advocacy
    • Assist in identifying and working with external stakeholders to pursue and promote CSR's key objectives (UN, NGOs, governments, charities, companies)
    • Develop and maintain company blog and Podcast in line with content strategy
    • Support LinkedIn strategy management and create compelling content with key messaging in line with strategy
  • Other duties may be assigned


You Will Have:

  • 7+ years experience in managing PR and communications programs
  • 5+ years experience in CSR and sustainability, including corporate reporting experience
  • In-house consumer product industry (CPG) experience is a must
  • Management experience with a proven track record of hiring, developing and mentoring
  • Must have excellent skills in writing press releases and all content that demonstrates a clear and consistent brand voice
  • Experience running PR as a business and driving against measurable KPIs impactful to the business through development of innovative PR strategies
  • Demonstratable knowledge of global ESG and sustainability frameworks and regulations
  • Analytical skill and the ability to use digital tools to find actionable insights through data
  • A collaborative nature with finesse in developing relationships cross-functionally
  • A strong track record working with top tier press
  • Meaningful experience with agency/vendor management

Salary range: $125,000 - $140,000 (DOE)
