Team Overview
We drive FUTURE of Connectivity, seeking new technologies and products, ranging from Core networking leveraging Ethernet and Broadband to Cloud networking leveraging SDWAN, Cloud security and many more cutting-edge network technologies meeting diverse needs of our customers. We strive for efficiencies thru full lifecycle automation and deliver best network experience.
Core Responsibilities
Produce portfolio-level view of Comcast Data Product Engineering development roadmap to support strategizing, cost/benefit analysis, and decision-making.
Own and launch new strategic initiatives end-to-end. Formulate the top-level strategy, with key metrics, and the business plans to achieve them. Support key functional areas and strategic programs to ensure their success.
Partner with Product and Engineering to drive our agile scrum and sprint team composition and operations. Improve execution and outcomes, leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions and achieve results. Visualize the flow of work within and between teams to clearly understand all bottlenecks and constraints.
Act as the Executive level bridge between IT Solutions, Product and Engineering. Identify and drive opportunities for cross-organization collaboration, like change management: defect management, and bring a problem-solving mindset to stressful situations.
Be a trusted thought partner and advisor to Executives and Leadership
Standing up Comcast Technology teams / operational excellence → day to day execution
Own and evolve product engineering roadmap. Develop, launch, and lead the necessary operational cadence (a.k.a. rhythm of business) to enable strategy, plan, and metrics achievement.
Develop 3 and 5-year plans; putting in place and adjusting the process along the way to enable trade-off decisions, learning, alignment, and data-driven decision- making.
Connect Comcast Data Product Engineering initiatives to Product and Engineering Operating domains, including but not limited to:
- Job level ladder for Program management roles with competencies
- Facilitating career growth opportunities
- Drive clarity on roles and responsibilities across the organization
Lead the following teams and function as their first line or upline manager.
- Program Management and delivery
- Capacity Planning
Support the below teams or functions as needed.
- Technical Program Management
- Budget and Vendor Management
- Engineering Support
- Infrastructure and Security Engineering alignment
- Quality Assurance and continuous quality improvements

Bachelor's Degree (Required), Master's Degree: Business Administration/Management
