Roles & Responsibilities:

• Installation of Siebel servers and Management of Siebel Gateway, tomcat/application interface
• Understanding of Siebel Management console and setup in a multi-server and DR environment
• Upgrade experience on Siebel from any Siebel IP version such as 2013/14/15/16 etc to the latest Siebel version
• Experience in troubleshooting Installation and Siebel upgrade process
• Good understanding of the Production deployment and go-live planning
• Understanding of other architecture components such as Database, Load Balancer, SSO, firewall, Windows and Linux platform in relation to Siebel setup
• Experience in performing repository migration such as FRR/IRR, Working with web tools and workspaces
• Knowledge about EIM, batch loads, BIP reports integration
• Good Communication and customer leadership skills
• Work directly with customers on new implementation, migration & Run/Maintain projects.
• Work with a globally spread dedicated teams across technology domains.
• Handle critical issues and partner concerns with utmost customer happiness.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual compensation is between $120,000 -$130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This role is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
