Founded in 2018 by engineers from Stanford, Cisco Meraki, and Samsara, Spot AI is the fastest growing Video Intelligence company in the U.S. We are upending the $30 billion video surveillance market with an AI Camera System to help people at work create safer, smarter organizations. In the process, we’re disrupting video security to create a new category of Video Intelligence.

Who You Are:You are a data-driven, hands-on leader and culture champion who shapes strong and meaningful relationships that allow you to grow and develop your team to their maximum potential. You drive friendly competition within your team and influence a mentality of winning through accountability and ownership. You are an expert sales development leader who breaks down walls and innovates on new and creative ideas to reach customers and generate quality pipeline faster. You are highly analytical with experience leveraging data and sales metrics to influence activity,coaching opportunities and strategy. You have previously worked in a B2B startup or high growth environment and know that you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you have the opportunity to motivate and inspire your team while adapting quickly to meet evolving business needs.
NOTE: This position is an onsite role in our Lehi, Utah office.
What Excites You:- Partnering closely with the Chief Growth Officer to develop monthly team goals relating to activities, conversion rates and pipeline development, then actively coaching, training and partnering with your team to deliver on expected metrics
- Innovating and implementing new strategies and tactics within the sales development team to get in front of more customers. Â
- Building playbooks to predictably generate pipeline, grow per SDR productivity and scale the team.
- Working with sales tools and technologies to effectively and accurately manage and report on your team’s pipeline
- A learning environment that supports you and provides opportunities to further your sales career
- Working in person with your team from our Lehi-based office and contributing to building a fun in-office culture
- Attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining world-class SDR talent
- 2+ years people management experience where you developed, guided and supported teams that met or exceeded quarterly team quotas, preferably in a startup environment
- 3+ years of experience in an individual, quota-carrying level tech sales position where you consistently met or exceeded quota
- Experience prospecting into higher b2b mid-market and enterprise segments
- Extensive experience using sales engagement tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft to or other CRM and drive administrative excellence. Strong organizational skills with an understanding of sales process and workflow management.Â
- Experience working closely with marketing and other cross-functional teamsÂ
- BS/BA degree preferred; commensurate work experience will be considered
- Annual Base Salary Range: $95,000- $125,000. Offered salary will be based on the offered candidate’s demonstrated attributes and competencies related to the role.
- Annual On-Target Earnings (base salary + commission opportunity): $135,000 - $178,000. Commissions paid monthly.
