Base Pay Range: $155,000.00 - $263,500.00 Annually

Group/Division

KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The key objectives for this position are:

• Management of a global Sales Systems team of 7 direct reports with a span of control of 12 additional second level reports
• Provide project leadership for sustaining and ad-hoc project work for Sales Operations
• Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the critical master data that drives the end-to-end processes of all sales systems
• Responsible for the governance of the established, and documented, policies and processes as relates to sales systems
• Provide support to business users in determining sales systems enhancements to support on-going process improvements
• Provide project management support on KLA acquisition integration projects for the sales operations track.
• Provide day to day support to users and to IT partners for sales systems related issues

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Master's Level Degree or work experience of 4 years , Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 5 years
• The successful candidate must have excellent analytical and communication skills and have a project management background
• Ability to influence change is a must
• Flexible, team driven characteristics required
• Must be able to help successfully scale systems and processes from a "start-up" business to a multiple billion dollars business
