The US Region Sales Enablement team is part of the Commercial & Customer Operations (CCO) organization who is responsible for driving a high-performing sales culture, enhancing the capabilities of our sales teams, improve the "One BD" customer experience to accelerate growth and profitability.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Commercial Enablement, we are seeking for a Sr. Manager Salesforce Reporting & Analytics who has proven experience in driving solutions/capabilities in SFDC Sales Cloud. In addition, this candidate will have experience in delivering strategic analytics data solutions built on native Salesforce reporting and advanced analytics such as CRM Analytics (experience in other analytics tools is a plus).

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce.com & other analytics tools such as (CRM Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlikview) to deliver meaningful insights to enable our customer facing teams to improve performance and accelerate revenue generation. In this role you are responsible for driving the metrics and KPI's, analyzing data & trends, and communicating business results across a highly matrixed organization. Key responsibilities Include:

Salesforce.com:

  • Consult with US Region Business stakeholders (reaching nearly ~2500 associates across 7 Business Units) and assess gaps to recommend appropriate commercial capabilities and insights in Salesforce.com/CRM Analytics
  • Serve as a key liaison between various stakeholders such as: Sales, Marketing, Sales Effectiveness, Commercial Organization, and TGS Organization (IT Business Partner and Platform team) to execute commercial capabilities aligning with business strategies. This includes scoping, planning, requirement gathering, POC, and managing UAT execution strategies.
  • Drive continuous enhancements in Salesforce platform or Analytics while maximizing overall technology investments to align with the evolving business needs
  • Ensure all enablement capabilities align to the strategic priorities and overall BDX Sales Tech Stack
  • Lead technical training ensuring system adoption; holds "group" trainings as well as one-on-one trainings as needed
  • Drive adoption and change management plans for newly deployed capabilities and dashboards

Salesforce.com Reporting & Analytics:

  • Responsible for leading the US Region design and development of CRM-A/ Revenue Intelligence dashboards
  • Responsible for designing impactful dashboards using CRM Analytics to empower data driven decision
  • Understanding of associated assets in Salesforce platform, CRM Analytics, and other integrated technologies (Power BI/Tableau) to drive a cohesive 360 view of territory performance and customer insights
  • Experience in data transformation processes and developing data flows, data sets, lenses, and dashboards in CRM Analytics
  • Organize and document KPIs and other business metrics aligned US Region KDG's or strategic priorities
  • Lead the governance framework for change requests to regional dashboards deployed to the sales and commercial organization
  • Partner with the Salesforce Platform Team (TGS) to ensure all development meets enterprise standards
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand and document business processes and reporting needs. Analyze and document data definitions and priorities.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years in combined Salesforce.com business analyst & admin experience
  • 5+ years' experience in building sales performance dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview or Salesforce (CRM Analytics)
  • 3+ years of Project Management Experience is a plus
  • Detail oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize for long term platform strategy
  • Experience with scoping and defining business requirements for sales improvements projects or capabilities
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and data management
  • Experience in developing content for technical deployments for Salesforce.com for Sales & Commercial associates
  • Must be self-directed and able to work with individuals at all levels, including executive management (comfort in interacting with and presenting to senior leadership and cross functional teams).
  • Ability to span multiple technology platforms and the willingness to become proficient in technologies over and above the required specialty

Education:

  • BA/BS required (in lieu of a bachelor's degree, 7+ years of experience in the applicable area)
  • MBA a plus

Certifications

  • Salesforce Administrator 201 Certification required
  • Tableau or CRM Analytics Admin preferred
  • Certification in PMP highly desirable

Location & Travel

  • Flex Hybrid schedule for candidates based in San Diego, CA, San Antonio, TX, Vernon Hills, IL, Franklin Lakes, NJ
  • 100% remote possible
  • Ability to travel ~10% required
