Description
As a Manager, Settlement Operations - Inventory Control, you'll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. You'll be responsible for the coaching and development of a team of Inventory Control Specialists, including Supervisors.
What you'll do:
• Coach team to meet goals and objectives
• Provide day to day performance management guidance
• Analyze and make recommendations for process and procedural changes
• Measure progress of goals and report on key metrics
• Develop action plans to address department performance deficiencies
• Create an engaging and communicative environment where employees feel a sense of community
• Drive accountability around our company values
• Actively involved in recommendation of the timely assessment and placement of the right people for all positions, including taking a strategic consultative approach to integrating next level talent
• Maximize leadership's use of company initiatives including mid-year and annual reviews and feedback processes, performance management, engagement surveys, etc.
• Work closely with other department management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity, engagement, and retention
• Liaise regarding difficult or escalated discussions regarding employee performance or creditor concerns
• Provide a solutions-focused approach when problem-solving
What you'll bring:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in leading teams, (with a preference on those who've led leaders)
• Process-improvement - review and make recommendations on processes, identifying emerging trends and areas to increase agent efficiency
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically with Excel
• Flexibility to work varied hours based on the needs of the business
• Salesforce experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
